1. What if I do not see my profession listed on the PracticeLink Job Search Screen?

If your profession does not appear on our job search page, we may not presently have any opportunities listed. We strongly suggest that you take two minutes to register for our free JobMessenger Service and you will be notified the instant any and all new jobs in your profession are posted.

2. How do I delete my Web-CV and unsubscribe from the free Web-CV JobMessenger service?

You are always in complete control of your Web-CV. You may remove your name instantly and automatically from our mailing list anytime at our web site at www.practicelink.com . Simply go to www.practicelink.com,  look for and click the Web-CV Log-in link on the PracticeLink/PracticeChoice home page, enter your email address and your password (You may also click on the link we have provided below.) You will be greeted by your own Web-CV JobMessenger information screen. Look for the "Delete My Web-CV" link in the blue box on the left hand side and simply click on the link. You will se the Edit page for your Web- CV.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Delete this CV now?".  You

3. Will you unsubscribe me from the free Web-CV JobMessenger Service if I just ask?

Sure. We would be happy to delete your Web-CV for you. As a safety measure, please provide your name and specialty for confirmation along with your email address and the word "unsubscribe" or "remove" in the subject field and your request will be processed by the end of the next business day. unsubscribe@practicelink.com.
 

4.  I’m having trouble logging in to my Web CV.  Can you help?

First, make sure that the email address you are using for log in is the same email that you used when you initially signed up for your Web-CV.  Second, make sure that you are using the correct password.  If you are still having problems logging in, please contact the Help Desk.
 

5.  Does PracticeLink sell my personal information?

No.  PracticeLink does not sell your personal information.  The information we collect is strictly for your Web-CV on our secure website.
 

6.  If I find a position, can I delete my Web-CV?

Yes.  You have total control over your Web-CV on PracticeLink.  You can control how long you would like it to remain active, and edit or delete it at any time if you so choose.
 

7I was recently contacted from PracticeLink about updating my “Physician’s Profile”.  Where did you get my contact information?

The information that PracticeLink receives comes from a Profile database.  This information was collected by a third-party company and is used only for the purposes of contacting candidates for verification.
 

8.  I can’t remember my password.  Can you help?

On the login page, you will find a link titled "Forgot your Password? Get Help Here." When you click on this link and enter your email address, your password will be emailed to you instantly!

9.  Can I choose to not have my Web CV viewed by the public?

Yes.  We respect your right to privacy, and here at PracticeLink you have total control of your CV.  You can choose to have your CV remain private, which means that it cannot be viewed by recruiters and facilities.  You will still have the capability to search the job bank and submit your CV as usual, however your CV will remain private and will not be searchable within our system.
 

10.  I requested that the public not be able to view my Web-CV.  Why am I being contacted?

The only way a facility could contact you, after requesting a private profile, would be if you submitted your CV to a job posting.  The facility is probably contacting you regarding that submission.  If you suspect that your CV information is being viewed by the public, please contact the TeleSource Department at 800-776-8383  and immediate steps will be taken to resolve that issue for you.
