1. I am a third party recruiter…why can’t I search and view the Web-CV’s? Our system is set up
with a different fee structure based on the type of recruiter you are.
Currently, only in-house recruiters have the capability to search and view
Web-CV’s, based on a higher fee structure for that privilege. 2. I cannot find my facility on the Employer Log-In page. Why is that? This could be an accounting issue, or it may be a technical support issue. Please call us at 800-776-8383 and we will do our best to resolve it.
No. PracticeLink is not a recruiting company, but rather a network of over 400 hospitals, facilities and private practices that post their job vacancies to our secure website. We are not a “job placement” agency and are not involved in contract negotiations, but rather provide a way for medical professionals to post a free Web-CV to our site, and to search for jobs in the United States and Guam.
Your Account Manager or the Help Desk Manager can help you. Since it is an administrative function, you will need to contact the managers to take care of it. Account Managers Sarah Armstrong, ext. 254, Frank Nobile ext. 255, or the Help Desk ext. 203.
If your images are uploaded onto the net, you can type the URL of the graphic in the Facility List area. Once you are logged into the system, go to “Facility List” and then choose the Facility you would like to add the graphic to by clicking on “Edit”. At the bottom of your Facility information, you will see an area noted as “Banner Location” and “Additional Gif Location” that allows you to enter the URL of your graphics. If you are still having trouble getting the images to appear, or you don’t have your images uploaded to the web, please contact your Account Manager or the Help Desk for assistance. Click on the link to the CV in your email and it will open a new browser window. From there you will be asked to log in to the system by finding your facility in the scroll bar and entering your password. After you’ve logged in, you will then be directed to the CV you were looking for. If you continue to have any other problems, please contact the Help Desk department. Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve that information for third-party recruiters. Once a medical professional responds to your job posting, that person’s Web-CV is automatically sent to you via email. That email submission is the only way you will be able to view the individual’s CV. When you log in to the system, you will only be able to view the name of the individual that responded, but not the CV, so be sure to save those email submissions!
