In 1988, Warren Clinic was founded by The William K. Warren Foundation to expand the base of available primary care physicians in northeastern Oklahoma.

Since then, Warren Clinic has expanded to over 280 physicians including primary care and specialists with locations in 10 northeastern Oklahoma cities including Tulsa, Stillwater, Vinita, Broken Arrow, Coweta, Owasso, Jenks, Sand Springs and McAlester.
