The hospital is well suited to serve the health care needs of the Sioux Center community as well as Northwest Iowa. This is a community owned and operated, non-profit health care organization. The hospital is a certified 21-bed acute facility including a "swing bed" (skilled nursing) program, allowing for continued stay once the patient has been discharged from acute care. The 24-hour Emergency Room is highly prepared with a level-four rating. Recent renovations and technological advancements have also taken place in the radiology and laboratory departments and outpatient clinics.
