Verde Valley Medical Center and the communities of Sedona and the Verde Valley are seeking a Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care Specialist.

The Verde Valley Medical Center is located in the high desert of Central Arizona,  located 3,500 feet above sea level,  100 miles north of Phoenix and 45 miles south of Flagstaff. The lifestyle is casual and family oriented, with mountains, streams and great recreational opportunities.  The Sedona/Verde Valley communities are growing at a steady rate of 3-4% annually.

The area has  an active medical staff of approximately 70 physicians servicing a population of about 70,000. Our facility provides services to our communities comparable to many metropolitan hospitals, e.g., wide-bore MRI with a 1.5 tesla magnet, 64 Slice CT Scan, nuclear medicine, state of the art non invasive cardiology, digital subtraction angiography, pain management and a nationally recognized Interventional Cardiology program.  A wide range of medical specialties are represented on our medical staff.

Recruitment is based on an income subsidy model and relocation expenses are included.  This is not a J-1 opportunity.
