Kingman Regional Medical Center is actively seeking a licensed cardiovascular physician assistant to join our expanding cardiovascular program in scenic sun-drenched Kingman, Arizona.

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) offers a full range of cardiovascular services that are exceptional for a small city hospital.  Our cardiovascular program includes specialized expertise and advanced technology focused on preventing, diagnosing, and treating heart disease and other vascular disorders.  

Skills needed:  

·         Reviewing patients’ therapeutics and nutritional status and their cardiac, respiratory, renal, neurological, and gastrointestinal status during recovery from cardiovascular surgery

·         Reviewing vital signs, laboratory and x-ray studies

·         Assisting with technical management of patients including introduction, maintenance, and removal of intravascular catheters and percutaneous thoracostomy tubes.

·         Coordinating patient discharge in conjunction with social worker, pharmacist, and physical therapist; which includes dictating discharge and transfer summaries in a timely manner.

·         Consistently supporting compliance and the Principles of Responsibility, which includes maintaining confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
