Arnot Medical Services is a JCAHO-accredited, multi-specialty medical practice that is affiliated with Arnot Ogden Medical Center.  We are a tertiary health care system located in the Southern Finger Lakes Region of New York State very close to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon.

We provide primary care services for residents within a 35 mile radius of Elmira and specialty care services for a broader referral area. There are approximately 300,000 residents in our tertiary referral area.

Currently, there are 140 providers in the group. Initial salary guarantees (typically 12 months) are routinely available for providers who are new to the group and establishing a practice. In addition to a highly competitive compensation plan, we offer a full benefit package including: malpractice insurance; health insurance (with a modest cost-sharing requirement) that includes pharmaceutical coverage and limited benefits for dental and vision coverage; disability protection; and a professional expense stipend of $4,500/yr. There is no expectation of “buy-in”.
