The mission of community Health Centers of Southeastern Iowa, Inc. is to provide affordable, comprehensive, culturally appropriate, cost effective priamry health care to residents of the greater Southeastern Iowa region, especially those indviduals/families with limited resources or with other barriers to health care, in order to improve their overall health status.
Burlington, has approximately 27,000 residents, is the county seat of Des Moines County. West Burlington is the county's next largest city, with approximately 3,000 residents. Together they form the heart of activity in Des Moines County, where more than 50,000 people reside.
The area attracts global employers and visitors from around the world. The cities are a hub for shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation, education and health care for more than 150,000 people in a seven-county region.

Burlington and West Burlington are nestled in southeast Iowa, along the pristine shores of the Mississippi River. Illinois is just across the river. Missouri is less than an hour’s drive downstream. Ninety minutes north are the Iowa-Illinois Quad Cities; Chicago, St. Louis, and Des Moines are also easily accessible. Kansas City, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Detroit and Memphis are unhurried one-day trips.
