Opportunity to join another surgeon who has been practicing in the area for over 20 years.  Large referral base including, and not limited to, over 20 employed primary care physicians and an unopposed family medicine program with 21 residents plus faculty.  Current surgeon cannot keep up with the demand and does over 1000 cases each year. You will have a guaranteed income and a high earning potential.  All profits from your practice go to you, not the senior physician in the group or to subsidize other physicians' overhead.  Full benefits including malpractice (we cover your tail if you leave the practice in the future), 401K (we match up to 50% of your first 6%). 

The office is less than a mile from the hospital, a 200+ bed, full service community hospital.  The facility staff are very accomodating.  Facility is running 6 well equipped inpatient suites, 6 OP suites + 4 endoscopy suites. They also recently added a state of the art minimally invasive suite.  Volume is over 6000 cases annually.  Physician only, in-house anesthesia.  Block time, easy scheduling and experienced OR teams increase physician satisfaction. Designated level 2 trauma center and general surgeons are compensated for call.  Over 50,000 ER visits annually.
