INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center has been a vital and growing part of the Oklahoma City community since its beginning in 1965.  Formerly known as Community Hospital, the facility has grown from a 73-bed hospital to a comprehensive medical center offering a full range of medical, support and rehabilitation services.

The Central Oklahoma Cancer Center, The Stroke Center of Oklahoma, The MDA/ALS Neuromuscular Center, INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital and the Sleep Disorders Center of Oklahoma are INTEGRIS Health Centers of Excellence and are all located on the INTEGRIS Southwest Campus.  Each of these facilities uses state-of-the-art technology in its battle against illness and is led by highly skilled, experienced and caring individuals who are committed to staying at the forefront of medical technology to give patients the best care available.

In partnership with physicians, nurses and support personnel, in more than 40 areas of medical speciality, INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center's mission is to imporove the health of the people and the communities we serve.  A leader in providing care in the Oklahoma City area, INTEGRIS Southwest also serves Canadian, Cleveland, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie counties.
