Join a well-established group of seven psychiatrists who specialize in Child and Adult Psychiatry. This practice has been in existence since 1954 and is one of the largest in the Metro Area. The group is seeking candidates that enjoy both inpatient and outpatient practice. Most of the inpatient population is seen at one facility; however, coverage is occasionally required at additional hospitals.
After the first year of employment, with a guaranteed base salary and production bonus, equal partnership is available with a low buy-in required. Ramp-up time for a full-schedule is less than one year and the driven partner will make a salary close to the 75 percentile of the MGMA. The group is open with their financials and all members of the practice are able to see productivity levels and earnings of their fellow members. Therefore, camaraderie and team mentality are essential traits of the new physician.
