BC/BE General Surgery
Luther Midelfort Northland-Mayo Health System in Barron, Wisconsin is seeking a physician BC/BE in General Surgery for a full scope general surgery practice. Willingness to do c-sections as needed by Family Medicine physicians preferred. There are 2 recently remodeled surgery suites in Barron. 4 day work week. C-section call 1:3. General Surgery call 1:2 with system back up. Two-year salary guarantee and incentive paid upon arrival. Luther Midelfort Northland in Barron is a 25-bed critical access hospital with well-equipped, spacious OR’s, CT scan, radiology, and high staff satisfaction. EMR, PACS, and other on-line resources make it possible to practice state-of-the-art medicine in a vacation-like setting.
Barron, a community of 3,300, is located in Northwest Wisconsin, 90 miles east of Minneapolis, MN and 55 miles north of Eau Claire, WI.
