Physician needed to work part-time or PRN at this 13-bed emergency department.
We are seeking a physician to work part-time or PRN at Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia, Louisiana. This 13-bed ED sees 20,000 patients annually, and acuity is moderate with a 16 percent admission rate. Great specialty backup is provided as well as daily coverage by mid-level providers from noon to 10 pm. We offer a very competitive hourly rate plus a quarterly incentive bonus, independent contractor status, and paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage. Requirements are BC/BP in EM or BC/BE in a primary care specialty with ED experience.
