The Greeley Medical Clinic is the largest multi-specialty clinic in northern Colorado. It was founded in 1934 by a group of physicians seeking to provide a full complement of quality health care services to Greeley and the Northern Colorado area.  With more than 50 physicians and nearly every medical specialty covered, the clinic is proud to provide its patients with "healthcare for a lifetime".  In addition to the primary care and specialty physicians, we also offer on-site radiology, laboratory, audiology, pharmacy, as well as advanced diagnostic imaging services such as ultrasound, CT and MRI scanners.  Our Urgent Care department is open seven days a week to help meet the unexpected medical needs of our patients.
