Enloe Medical Center is a 391-bed, level II trauma center located in the vibrant Northern Californian city of Chico. It offers the North Valley a full continuum of health services ranging from preventative education and outpatient services to acute care, behavioral health, inpatient rehabilitation and home health and hospice services. Enloe Medical Center encompasses seven separate facilities, and is the only hospital in Chico.
We are looking for TWO Psychiatrists to help cover our 30-bed volutary inpatient unit. The average length of stay is 7 to 10 days. Hospitalists do the medical physicals. Call is 1 week in 4, 1 weekend in 5, and is phone-based. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00, with Daily Treatment Team at 11:30. The unit is fully staffed and spacious. This is a hospital-based, 100% Adult practice where you should expect to earn $250,000 to $275,000 annually.
