Psychiatry Practice

·        Solo practice

·        Traditional Inpatient and outpatient practice

·        VRMC hospital affiliation. Medical hospital, Do not have Psychiatry unit.

·        Provide ER call and hospital consults for baker acts, and Psychiatry consultation.

·         Malpractice coverage (Tail out of current carrier and convert to HMA policy)

·         Contract Term three years. First year guaranteed base plus bonus potential, second and Third year convert to production/performance contract terms.

·         Base Compensation to be negotiated. HMA utilizes the MGMA standards to guide compensation.

·         % of professional and ancillary receipts paid in bonus greater than base compensation year one. Year two: % of receipts

·         $3,500 CME

·         5 days CME education

·         15-20 Vacation days, 7 HMA holidays, accrual of 1 sick day per month

·         $400.00 books

·         Pay 5 association dues

·         Reimburse lis, hospital credentialing

·         Stipend for cell phone, lab coats

·         Health, dental, vision benefits.
