Springwoods Behavioral Health
a new state of the art behavioral health treatment facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas recently opened early September 2009. The hospital's 80 beds will accommodate children, adolescents and adults. The two story patient wing has expansive windows to take advantage of the surrounding views and provide for open and bright patient areas. The campus will also feature a one story building for therapy, education, dietary and administration. The six-acre campus is adjacent to a 123 acre Audubon Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary which is to be held in perpetuity and cannot be developed from its natural state.
We are currently recruiting a Child Psychiatrist for a fulltime and/or part-time position caring for child, adolescent and some adult patient populations. The physician will be responsible for admission evaluations, daily care of patients and leadership of multidisciplinary treatment team for patients assigned.
If position is administrative clinical additional responsibilities will include staff supervision, clinical administrative oversight for patient program clinical care and quality management as well as new program service evaluation and development. The work setting is collegial and supportive for personal and professional growth. There is limited, reasonable call. A highly competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered in addition to sign on bonus.
