There are two hospital systems in Lincoln with three campuses.  Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center was recently approved by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery as a Center of Excellence and are designated a Blue Center of Distinction by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. More than 800 weight loss surgeries have been performed at Saint Elizabeth since the program began in 2002.
