GENERAL SURGEON

A private practice general surgery group is seeking a BE/BC general surgeon with advanced laparoscopic training in the areas of colorectal, hiatal hernia and splenectomy.  This surgeon would have access to the da Vinci robotic surgical suite.

To further develop the breadth of services provided to the residents in this large practice area, minimally invasive abdominal surgery procedures need to be added to our service line.  To meet this goal the surgery group is offering a competitive financial package that includes salary, production bonus, benefits, and partnership track.  The call schedule is 1:3 with minimal trauma coverage.

A modern medical facility with a new cardiac cath lab, noninvasive vascular lab, and radiology department with full MRI, CT, and PET scanning services.

There is a large multi-disciplinary medical staff in which the major specialties of cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, and medical and radiation oncology are well represented.

The hospital has a well developed cancer program, orthopedic service line, da Vinci robotic surgical suite, and supports the development of a strong minimally invasive surgery program.
