Northwest Permanente, P.C. is a self-governed, physician-led, multi-specialty group of approximately 950 physicians and surgeons providing the professional services for 470,000 members of Kaiser Permanente in Oregon and Washington. We currently have 11 Otolaryngologists in the department who have active practices in General Otolaryngology with fellowship trained emphases in cranial facial/cleft lip and palate, laryngology and voice, and rhinology/sinus diseases.
We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Otolaryngologist for a position with our group in the Portland - Vancouver metropolitan areas. An emphases in clinical neurotology, head and neck oncology or pediatric otolaryngology would be supported in the practice, but not necessarily preferred.
We are a completely integrated system between specialties and primary care and fully networked between hospitals/ambulatory surgi-centers and clinics with our electronic medical record system which allows access for management of our patients and their care delivery.

Physicians are also eligible for Senior Physician and Shareholder standing after approximately three years with the group (must be Board Certified by that time).
