Good Shepherd Medical Center - Marshall is a not-for-profit facility located in Northeast Texas, approximately 150 miles east of Dallas and 35 miles west of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Established in 1909 by several Harrison County physicians, GSMC - Marshall has grown to a 149 bed facility with an intensive care unit and a 24-hour Level III Trauma Center. Marshall Regional Medical Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations, a member of the American Hospital Association and a Partner Member of the Voluntary Hospital Association.
