Join our team of general, hand, spine, trauma, joint, pelvic & acetabular fracture and soon to join shoulder and sport Orthopedic Surgeons. The Orthopedic Clinic has partnered with Willis-Knighton who is committed to us and out patients by building the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center. The Center will be home to an Ambulatory Surgical Center with 4 Outpatient OR's, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Technology and Imaging Center, all on the first floor with our offices on the second floor. All this within a breif walk to the full services of the WKPierremont Hospital campus. As you can tell, Willis-Knighton works hand-in-hand with their physicians. You are a partner from day one with no outrageous buiy-ins, plus our 90% incentive, is actually obtainable without unrealistic thresholds. Cover your salary and expenses then 90% is yours! The Physician Network encompasses over 200 Willis-Knighton physicians, most of which are primary care. Our physician's are on the same team in negotiating managed care contracts, meaning our reimbusements are quite competitive. We have the patients, orthopedic group members, medical community and the Physician Network available to ensure your success. Our Physician Network Department has two sections, the Physician Network and Physician Services. The Physician Network offers insurance and billing processing, credit and collections, statements, information systems, electronic medical records, managed care credentialing and more. Physician Services provides personnell (medical managed care credentialing and more.
Physician Services provides personnel (medical and clerical) staffing and management, including vacation/sick coverage and problem resolution. Physician Services also manages compliance with governmental and accrediting agencies, coding, auditing and purchasing. The two work hand-in-hand, seamlessly to ensure that physicians can concentrate on what they do best, practice medicine. Physicians can be as involved in the practice management aspects as they choose. Our goal for you is to be successful.
