The vibrant, Billings metro-area of 125,000 is the economic hub for south central Montana and northern Wyoming. Stunning scenery and year round outdoor recreation are at your backdoor. Clinical quality, amenities and climate draw physicians who want the advantages of city life, but with a quality of life unique only to Montana.  Schools that rate in the 95th percentile; outstanding cultural and entertainment venues; and a mild, dry climate with 300+ days of sunshine a year to enjoy as you play a round of golf or go to a Rocky Mountain river to fly fish.

Enjoying the outdoors is a year round pleasure. Walking and biking trails, golf courses, ballparks and the Yellowstone River are in your backyard.  The Rocky Mountains that define our southwestern horizon are within an hour from the city and offer snow skiing, hiking, fishing, camping, golf, lodging, and touring.  At a population of 125,000, Billings is the largest city in Montana and Wyoming. The same area that depends on Billings for sub-specialty care also relies on Billing for essential goods and services not found in surrounding communities. Locals and travelers have access to just about everything right here and also enjoy a variety of cultural, dining, and entertainment venues and an abundance of shopping not usually found in a city of similar size.
