Bristol
– which straddles the Virginia and Tennessee state lines – is a wonderful community known for being the “Birthplace of Country Music.” It is also home to Bristol Motor Speedway, NASCAR’s most popular track. One of the country clubs in our region, The Virginian, was rated as the third best private golfing community in America by The Robb Report magazine, and, in 2006, Pinnacle Living/Mountain Homes declared it the “Most Beautiful Planned Community” of the year.
Whether you choose to live on a golf course, on the water or with a magnificent mountain view, our region has ample housing opportunities and one of the lowest cost of living averages in the nation.
Bristol
Regional Medical Center is a tertiary referral center that serves several counties throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
