Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics (TMFHC) has partnered with Cejka Search to conduct a national search for the Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer for their integrated healthcare delivery system in Tyler, Texas.
The Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services (SVP)/Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of TMFHC will be responsible for providing leadership to affect the quality outcomes and the advancement of clinical practice at TMFHC.
As a contributing member of the TMFHC senior leadership team, the SVP/CNO will help create the vision for patient care services at all levels which aligns with the strategic direction of the organization. Under the SVP/CNO’s leadership, the patient care services management team will define the goals and objectives to further the mission and vision of the organization and will continually refine the professional nursing practice by establishing a future nursing vision and strategic plan.
The successful candidate will be a proven nurse leader who has demonstrated success in creating a culture of accountability to drive nursing to the next professional level. The SVP/CNO will also exhibit a track record of developing successful medical staff relationships in a matrixed environment such as an academic medical center or service line models. Qualified candidates will have experience with EMR implementation and acceptance in an integrated delivery system.
