Staff Psychiatrist – Adult Dual Diagnoses Services

The Adult Dual Diagnoses Program at Hampton Behaviorial Health Center is a 28 bed unit staff by a multidisciplinary treatment team of trained and experienced staff and physicians. The staff and physicians are dedicated to the care and treatment of patients with dual diagnoses.

The Physician duties will include admission evaluations, daily care of patients,  treatment team leadership, and medical committee membership.  The physician staff is very collegial and there is strong clinical and administrative support in the position. There is minimal call predominantly by phone on a 1:7 rotation with no required onsite weekend call.  A very competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered and there is opportunity to earn additional income over base salary.

Ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in Addiction Psychiatry or be a General Psychiatrist with interest and experience in treating patients with substance abuse treatment issues.  Certification in Suboxone treatment will be required.
