Ministry Medical Group - Illinois Ave and Saint Michael's Hospital are seeking one BC/BE general surgeon to join our multi-specialty group. The team currently has three physicians and two advanced practice clinicians.

Clinical services include general, endoscopic, and advanced laparoscopic procedures. Bariatrics, thoracic, ultrasound, vascular, and other special interests are a plus. The call schedule is 1:4.

The general surgery department sees an annual volume of ~6200 patients, and has a strong support staff. Operating room equipment includes colonoscopy, EGD, nasopharyngoscope, (Olympus) hysteroscope, Hermes Compatible (Stryker) laparoscope, cystoscope, ultrasound (arthroscope), (bronchoscope, rigid and flexible), navigator for lymphatic mapping, and VATS.
