MeritCare Thief River Falls has a staff of 22 physicians including one ENT, three Ob/Gyn, four family medicine, two pediatricians, , five internal medicine, one orthopaedic surgeon, one podiatrist, two chiropractors, one general surgeon and one radiologist.  Support staff include ten CRNA's, three nurse practitioners, three physician assistants, one certified diabetic educator, one audiologists, three [hysician therapists, nineteen RNs and thirty-three LPNs.  Outreach services in a number of specialties are available on a regular basis.  The 25-bed hospital, owned by MeritCare Health System is a Critical Access Hospital.
