We are seeking two BC/BE family practice physicians to serve the Aberdeen area. Both are employed positions by Avera St. Luke's, a 139 bed not-for-profit hospital with over 75 local practicing physicians.

Employed Family Practice Position:

This family practice physician will be employeed by Avera St. Luke's in Aberdeen, South Dakota and hold clinic in Britton at Marshall County Medical Clinic/Avera. • 17,770 square foot medical clinic in Avera's State Street Medical Square facility located on the Avera campus structured to operate with Care Team best practices
• New Practice Management (billing and scheduling) system and Electronic Medical Records to be implemented 2008-2009
• 24 Exam rooms and 8 procedure rooms
• On-site laboratory and radiology services with dedicated waiting area
• Laboratory with hematology, chemistry and many other diagnostic testing
• Radiology with non-invasive x-ray, bone desnitometry and EKG testing
• Hyfrecator, Spirometer, Continuous Glucose Monitor, Radiosurgical Unit 
• Clinic office located only two blocks from Avera St. Luke's Hospital campus with a connecting tunnel directly to the hospital
• Health Services offices on the campuses of Northern State University and Presentation College
• Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday (Urgent care only): 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
