Southcentral Foundation is an Alaska Native non-profit health corporation formed under the tribal authority of Cook Inlet Regional, Incorporated (CIRI).

In striving to offer the best services for the Alaska Native community, Southcentral Foundation is pleased to offer primary medical care services to Alaska Native and Native American beneficiaries in the Anchorage Service area.
