Internal Medicine OP/IP for Established Green Valley Ranch Practice

Primary care practice near  Green Valley Ranch seeks an IM  for busy primary care practice serving the DenverInternationalAirport corridor.

The majority of patients are typically employed/insured middle class families and their parents from a broad range of ethnic origins. Spanish skills, or language skills relevant to Denver's other growing immigrant populations would be a plus. Payor mix is 60% commercial, 25% Medicare and 10% Medicaid.   The practice was one of the first in the area and has a strong following from the government services workers who helped transform the airport area from farmland to thriving commercial and residential area.

The best fit would be a BC or recently-trained BE physician.  Outpatient would be open for discussion, but the ideal candidate will also be willing to follow inpatients.

Hospital income gaurantee for the first 12 months with competitive first year salary, overhead contribution, benefits and relocation. Physicians in this practice are on straight productivity after the first year. Once fully ramped-up, they enjoy above average income of 150-200K and great growth prospects as the area explodes with new residential and industrial growth.  Partnership potential at 18 months to 2 years with buy-in to furniture, fixtures & equipment spread over several years.  1:3 call and rotating 1 /2 Saturday morning between 3 physicians.

This practice has an unusual twist--founder Russell Simpson Jr. MD has a national reputation as a NASCAR and Golden Gloves Boxing physician.  Race car drivers and boxers from all over the country fly in to visit because of Dr. Simpson's experience with the physical challenges of these athletes.  If  a physician candidate has skills/knowledge of these sports, Dr. Russell would be interested in starting to groom a successor for his extremely profitable and fun "vacations" working NASCAR and Golden Gloves events.
