Unique Chief of Otolaryngology Position - Caring for those who Served

OTOLARYNGOLOGY CHIEF

PROVIDENCE VA MEDICAL CENTER

PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND

You are invited to consider the position of Chief of Otolaryngology, offered at the Providence VA Medical Center in beautiful Providence, Rhode Island.  While this position is not an academic one, the Providence VA enjoys several academic affiliations and provides a dynamic environment in which you’ll practice and lead.  With the choice of enjoying a metropolitan life style or tranquil rural living, you can experience the advantages of living in a region boasting over 400 miles of winding coastline, close proximity to Boston, New York, and Hartford along with coveted vacation destinations like Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and the Hamptons.

Providence VA Medical Center provides high quality healthcare to veterans residing in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.  Our staff consists of over 900 dedicated professional, technical, and support personnel, all working as a team to deliver the best care to the most deserving – our veterans.

You’ll enjoy almost 6 weeks paid vacation and 11 federal holidays, free on-site parking, and a benefits package that rivals any you’ll find in the private sector.  Your competitive compensation package is determined by a compensation panel made up of physician colleagues and other leadership.

You’ll find the clinical and physician leadership opportunities, coupled with work/life balance and the satisfaction of caring for those who have served our country, an opportunity that’s difficult to match. You must hold an unrestricted US license (does not need to be a Rhode Island license) and be BC in Otolaryngology.
