Center, a 430-bed acute care, non-profit hospital in the northwest area of metropolitan Phoenix is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Neurosurgeon with an interest in doing spine and cranial cases. Supervision, training and mentoring will be provided if interested in deep brain stimulation. Joining a busy two-physician practice, this employed position offers state-of-the-art equipment, a twelve bed dedicated neurosurgical ICU with a well trained nursing staff, and a competitive salary with benefits . . . an excellent opportunity!

Banner Boswell Medical Center has been designated a PrimaryStrokeCenter by the Operation Stroke Initiative and Arizona Emergency Medical System. The Neurosciences Department was one of the first in the state to receive this designation. Banner Boswell Medical Center was also among the first Arizona hospitals to administer tPA, a blood-clot-busting drug used to treat stroke victims.
