Catalyst Professional Services, Inc is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for Naval Base Health Clinic, Panama City, Fl. Nurse Practitioner will serve as a Primary Care Manager for a panel of patients enrolled to an HMO-style benefit for evaluation, testing and treatment. NP will provide care to military service men and women and their dependents. Serve those who serve our country!

Qualifications:

1. Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.

2. Licensed in any one of the 50 states or US territories. Must possess NP certification.

3. One year of full time experience within the last three years in a primary care setting or be a recent grad in the last 12 months.

4. Possess an Occupational Health Certification from the American Board for Occupational Health Nurses within the two years and posses a year of experience performing Occupational Health Nurse duties within the last two years.
