Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Clinic Director at the Family Health Center (FHC) in the Fairfax/Woodbridge, Virginia area. The Primary Responsibilities will include:

Provides administrative direction to all Center staff

Establishes Center goals with the Center Director and Center Medical Director

Participates in the Center QA&I Committee

Assumes responsibility of profit and loss for Center operations

Formulates operating budgets in compliance with HealthCenter goals

Ensures all local, state, federal, NCQA, JCAHO and HCFA requirements are met
-
Ensures effective, cost efficient, high quality, operation of Center administrative components
-
Ensures implementation of all Center policies/procedures
-
Assures the planning, implementation and evaluation in relation to the QA&I Program
-
Directs and supervises all Clinic staff
-
Directs Center facilities/maintenance activities
-
Provides educational resources to meet the needs of Center staff and patients/family
The Position of Clinic Director has the following requirements:

Master’s Degree in Health, Hospital/Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Business Administration
-
Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Administrator of a large military outpatient clinic
-
Must be familiar with DoD/TRICARE information and reporting systems
-
Prior experience operating a military outpatient clinic required
-
Proof of U.S. citizenship or valid alien status
