Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years Post-Graduate supervised experience in a hospital setting
• Any State License
• Active Member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
• Masters Degree in Social Work issued from an accredited college by the Counsel of Social Work Education (CSWE) – (BSW or equivalent acceptable with required experience)
