Our highly successful GI group is closely affiliated with Willis-Knighton. They maintain autonomy and control of their practice, yet relinquish much of the business and human resource aspects. Willis-Knighton will cover all practice start-up costs, as well as, provide support services. In part, this will include handling staffing, office management, billing and managed care contracting. Our area does not subscribe to capitation and thus offers a well-balanced payor mix. The GI physician’s enjoy referrals from 200 primary care physicians and with their call rotation of 1 in 4 which insures a productive practice yet with a relaxed quality of life.
