Catalyst Professional Services is a medical staffing company dedicated to Federal service, with a focus on Army, Navy and Air Force facilities.  Catalyst is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, with a corporate office in Washington DC.  We currently deliver DOD medical staffing services from coast to coast in over fifteen states.

Catalyst was created by retired Army and Air Force clinical and administrative professionals explicitly to raise the level of performance in Defense medical staffing contracts.  We are dedicated to the perspective of the Medical Treatment Facility command and staff, the DOD beneficiary, and our providers.  We sincerely feel that if we get those priorities right, our concerns for ethical and effective corporate management will follow naturally.
