The owner, Dr. Donald Richey, is the founder of North Valley Dermatology Center which includes the association of two additional Dermatologists as well as other para professional providers. His opportunity affords the candidate a practice which offers broad spectrum general dermatology activities including the performance of MOHS chemosurgery. The option is also available to integrate cosmetic injectable treatments if desired. 
                  
The practice offers a competitive income guarantee with ownership opportunity in the practice after the second year.  In addition to an outstanding salary, full benefits, and excellent earnings potential, the compensation formula also offers a generous quarterly performance bonus, calculated on the total of revenue generated, including injectable treatments if appropriate for the candidate. Once the individual has assumed ownership of the medical surgical pratice, the possibility of shared ownership in Dr. Richey’s independent cosmetic business can be discussed if that is of interest to the physician.

Dr. Richey’s practice of dermatology in Chico spans three decades. Recently he was featured in Dermatology Times for his Brighter Days program where he contributes his time to counsel cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. He was one of twenty four Dermatologists in the US to be presented with the Members Making a Difference Public Service award by the American Academy of Dermatology in 2008.
