We are seeking a Full-time Physician Assistant to join our client's employee health center located in Gillette, WY who will:

• Provide general medical care and treatment to patients in health center under direction of Physician. This includes the employees and dependants of our client.
• Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
• Records physical findings, and formulates treatment plan and prognosis.
• Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
• Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best nursing practices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (MSN) required.
• At least two years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care, family practice, or emergency department setting.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Licensed Physician Assistant certified in Family Medicine.
• Current BLS certification is required through AHA or ARC.
• Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Site Medical Director, if allowed within state of practice.
