Facility is recruiting for a Family Practitioner to join a hospital employed group. The opportunity is one of a traditional outpatient service model. Physicians in the Network enjoy collegial relationships with their fellow providers and a community that is extremely loyal to their providers.
Financial/Incentive Package:
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a two-year salary guarantee followed by a RVU-based compensation structure that recognizes the amount of work performed rather than revenue collected. 32 days of PTO per year, CME stipend, malpractice insurance, relocation expenses, and the payment of licenses and fees are components of a competitive benefits package.

The hospital is a not-for-profit, 160-bed, full-service community hospital with 15 primary care network practices. The hospital has over 400 independent specialists and primary care physicians on its medical staff.
