Looking to hire a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty in Joints/Hands/Sports medicine.  Compensation up to $600,000 depending on qualifications.  Up to $100,000 sign on bonus.  Will also accept 2011 graduates.  Will pay stipend while in school.  Community has 10-12,000 population but the service area is 75,000 - 80,000.  This is a great place to live and bring up a family.  Plenty of outdoor activities including boating.
