This 700+ bed, tertiary care medical care center is seeking a new faculty member for their Internal Medicine Physician Residency Program. This program has seen a extremely high pass rate for the American Board of Internal Medicine Examination. All faculty members will serve as mentors to the residents, in all areas that they can be a service in. Faculty members will be responsible to observe the clinical aptitude, attitude, and behavior of the residents, critiquing and providing proper guidance. This will take place throughout the three year internal medicine residency program. He/She will be working with 18 residents. The candidate will have inpatient and outpatient practice. Finally, the candidate will have to participate in publications and research with the residents.
