Pediatric Anesthesiologist

The Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology within the Anesthesiology Institute at the Cleveland Clinic is seeking individuals committed to excellence in patient care, possessing strong clinical skills, and with the desire to work in a collegial environment on the cutting edge of healthcare.

We invite inquiry from highly qualified, fellowship trained, BC/BE candidates who are interested in becoming a part of this growing, dynamic department. The Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology has a scope of practice that covers the full breath and depth of pediatric care including Cardiac, Neurological, Orthopedic / Spine, Acute Pain / Regional and Transplant Anesthesia.  Opportunities also exist for candidates with an interest in clinical investigation and education. 

The Anesthesiology Institute is an academic group consisting of over 200 physicians, 150 nurse anesthetists, 120 anesthesiology residents, and 43 fellows across six departments (General Anesthesia; Cardiothoracic Anesthesia; Pediatric Anesthesia; Pain Management; Regional Practice Anesthesia; and Outcomes Research), providing perioperative care for more than 100,000 patients annually. Cleveland Clinic consistently ranks in top 4 hospitals nationwide according to US News and World Report. The Anesthesiology Institute offers state-of-the-art clinical care and involvement in education, faculty development, as well as clinical research, utilizing the Institute’s comprehensive health outcomes registry and an entirely novel Clinical Decision Support system. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of CaseWestern ReserveUniversity.
