• Avera St. Luke's Hospital is the pioneer facility of Avera Health. Established in 1901 in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Avera St. Luke's has now grown to a 137-bed regional medical center that offers a comprehensive array of medical and health services to people living in the surrounding 10 counties around Aberdeen.  Avera St. Luke's also provides services through Avera Mother Joseph Manor Retirement Community and affiliated clinics as members of the Avera Medical Group. 
  
  The medical center employs over 1100 employees in its hospital, long-term care, and clinic divisions. A Medical/Dental Staff of over 75 local physicians represent many different specialties including Internal Medicine, OB/Gyn, Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, Psychiatry, ENT, Orthopedic Surgery, General Surgery, 24/7 ED physicians and much more.

• Cancer Care Center featuring modern radiation therapy technology (linear accelerator)

• Level II Nursery with perinatal nurse clinicians
