The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Intensive Care at Southern Illinois University seeks an additional Intensivist for its growing department. Interested candidates should be board certified in Internal Medicine, and be board eligible in Intensive Medicine.

Currently, the division consists of six physicians of whom five are full-time faculty members. They are responsible for ICU services at two affiliated hospitals, the sleep disorders center, and pulmonary fellowship. Opportunities for basic and clinical research are available based upon individual interests.

In this position you will be involved with patient care along with the teaching of medical students, residents and intensive care fellows.
