In the heart of the Hudson Valley, just 60 miles north of New York City, nestled between the banks of the Hudson River and the spectacular Hudson Highlands, you’ll find unlimited access to fine arts and theatre, world-class recreation, outstanding shopping, fine dining, and a progressive health care system dedicated to the community it serves -- St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital.
The nearly 300 physicians, together with our highly-skilled care-giving team, provide quality, compassionate care – each and every day. With a focus on cardiac, cancer, stroke, orthopedics, and women’s wellness, along with new facilities, state-of-the-art technology, and an unwavering commitment to patient satisfaction, St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital is fulfilling its mission to be the region’s premier provider of comprehensive health care.
SLCH is a not-for-profit hospital dedicated to providing quality health care to
those in the Mid-Hudson region. Our 367-bed hospital has two main campuses, in Cornwall and Newburgh, where acute medical and surgical services are delivered, and off-site facilities offering additional physical rehabilitation, dialysis, imaging, and other services. The Newburgh campus was Orange County’s first New York State designated Stroke Center.
The hospital opened a cardiac cath lab in February 2005, recently completed an $11 million renovation of its Emergency Departments, and is three years into executing a 10-year, $100 million Master Facilities Plan focused on cardiac, cancer, neuroscience, advanced orthopedics, women’s health, and other facility, program, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Caring and compassionate, committed to our friends and neighbors, turning extraordinary vision into reality, St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital is changing the face of health care in the mid-Hudson region.
