We will schedule your hotel and travel while paying for this cost upfront.  We will also pay for your state license and benefits.

Work with Cogent as a Full-Time Traveling Physician and you will be guaranteed:

Yearly bonus 

Number of shifts per month

Bonus per shift worked

Shift rate, regardless if you are sent home early due to lower than normal census.
