Practice Specifics:Seeking BE/BC Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Hospitalist Physician(s)
  • Abbott Northwestern is the largest not-for-profit hospital in the Twin Cities area. Each year, the hospital provides comprehensive health care for more than 200,000 patients and their families from the Twin Cities area and throughout the Upper Midwest.
  • The Allina Med-Peds Hospitalist service continues to grow through the addition of new clinics. We are looking to increase our night call coverage for admissions at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital with the special care nursery, child psychiatry & the newborn nursery at Abbott Northwestern.
  • We are seeking a weekend pediatric hospitalist to cover weekend nights (Fri, Sat, Sun) from 6PM to 6AM. Approximately 46 weekends per year. Willing to discuss other flexible scheduling options, based on candidates' needs.
  • Must be BE/BC Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Pediatrics.
  • No call.
  • An electronic medical record system is utilized.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range is market competitive.
  • The Allina Medical Clinic is proud to offer a new Residency Stipend Program to qualifying second and third year residents ($1,000/month up to 18 months).
  • In addition, the Allina Medical Clinic is offering a generous relocation allowance to qualified candidates.
