Are you a caring and compassionate provider looking to make a difference in the lives of underserved patients? Then come be part of our GVHC family! GVHC is a private, non-profit organization established in 1972.
We challenge ourselves everyday to be the premiere healthcare organization in the nation by developing exceptional teams and providing exceptional experiences to every person we serve. We’re a community-based healthcare organization offering medical care, dental care, behavioral health counseling, health education, and more. GVHC is a Joint Commission-Accredited, private, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving Merced and Stanislaus Counties in California.
We serve families through our network of 27 medical sites and eight dental sites, including two free-standing women’s health centers, four school-based centers and a homeless healthcare program. We have a special mission to care for our migrant and seasonal farm workers along with their families. We also extend our services to the homeless population. We are a major employer of the Central Valley employing over 950 people.
Our doctors, dentists, and skilled medical professionals are dedicated to providing exceptional health care to all we serve. And it’s our promise to care for everyone regardless of culture, language, or ability to pay.
Our GVHC family includes: Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians, Pediatricians, Obstetricians, Psychiatrists, Podiatrists, Optometrists, ENT’s, Endocrinologists, Diabetiologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Registered Dietician, Counselors, Health Educators and Support Staff.
